From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia The Free Burma Rangers (FBR) are a pro-active, pro-democracy humanitarian group who work throughout Burma (also known as Myanmar) but concentrate primarily on the heavily forested border region, delivering emergency medical assistance to sick and injured internally displaced people, or IDP's; a consequence of the long running campaign of violence by the military junta, the State Peace and Development Council, against Burma's ethnic minorities. FBR trains teams of men and women in frontline medical treatment and reconnaissance techniques. In addition to delivering humanitarian relief, a secondary role of the teams is to obtain evidence of military violence and human rights abuse. This information is then published in the form of online reports and / or released to larger international human rights groups, inter-governmental organisations such as the UN, and news agencies. FBR is one of a number of grass roots organisations (see Mae Tao Clinic [1. Back Pack Health Worker Team [2] which have emerged in response to the growing health needs of Burmas persecuted ethnic underclass. FBR are not supported by either the Thai or Burmese authorities and their activity inside the Burmese border is clandestine. Villages were destroyed, people killed and more than 100, 000 people forced from their homes [ 1] in a program of violence which was designed to remove people from land in order to make way for developing business interests [ 2. The history, character and on-going activity of the Rangers is closely linked to its American founder, Tha-U-Wah-A-Pah (his assumed Burmese pseudonym, henceforth TUWAP) a Fuller Theological Seminary -educated Pastor and ex-member of the U. S. Special Forces. Having already spent a number of years as a missionary in Burma, in 1996, following a chance meeting with Aung San Suu Kyi, the leader of the National League for Democracy, TUWAP was inspired to initiate a ‘Global Day of Prayer [3] and help to strengthen unity between the majority Burman population and the various minority ethnic groups [ 3. TUWAP was then in Burma during the Army Offensives of 1997, distributing medicine to those displaced by the conflict, and it was during this time that he decided to employ his broad mixture of skills to bring a unique brand of humanitarian relief to a greater number. A member of the American-backed group Free Burma Rangers, which is working to rescue the injured and displaced people near the frontline of the conflict in Syria, was killed overnight by a drone strike apparently controlled by Turkish forces. Free Burma Rangers leader Dave Eubank confirmed that one of the longest serving rangers, Burmese national Zau Seng died instantly after a mortar was dropped from a drone about 10 metres from their vehicle. She was eight years old then and when we met her again in January 2018 she was married and had a new baby. “Will the Burma Army attack again, will I have to run again? ” she asked. Two months later the Burma Army did attack and she did run again. A few months later, we met Naw Paw Tha, whose husband, an NGO worker, was gunned down by the Burma Army in March 2018. She is in hiding now with her seven children and no justice has been done. Instead, the Burma Army continues to build up its forces near where she and over 2, 500 displaced Karen live in northern Karen State. We prayed with her in the jungle after her husband was killed and are helping her and her children. When we gave her a medal in honor of her husband she started to cry. This broke my heart and I asked God to help us. Over 25 years of working in Burma and still murders, shootings, and displacements like this go on. The Burma Army attacks its own people with impunity and there is no change in this. This is tragic and would seem hopeless except we know God cares and that the prayers of people change things. Jesus gives us the power to do this when we ask Him. In the midst of evil and suffering we do see Gods love shine through people as they choose to help each other in the face of great odds. ဖြစ်ကြောင်းနှင့် ကရင်အမျိုးသား အစည်းအရုံး (KNU) ကို စစ်သင်တန်းများ ပေးခဲ့ကြောင်း၊ ၎င်းတို့ရရှိသော သတင်းများအရ သင်တန်းသားများ၏ စွမ်းရည်ကို စမ်းသပ်ရန်အတွက် တပ်မတော်စခန်းများကို တိုက်ခိုက်ခိုင်းခဲ့ကြောင်း ဗိုလ်မှူးချုပ် ဇော်မင်းထွန်း ပြောသည်။ ၎င်းတို့သည် ငွေကြေးနှင့် လေ့ကျင့်မှု အထောက်အပံ့ ပေးခဲ့သောကြောင့် ပြည်တွင်းတွင် ပဋိပက္ခ ပိုမိုမြင့်မားလာနိုင်ကြောင်းပင် ပြောသည်။ သို့သော် အားလုံးသိနေသောအချက်မှာ ယူဘန့်သည် ကူညီကယ်ဆယ်ရေး လုပ်ရန် ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ် သို့မဟုတ် အခြားမည်သည့် ဒေသတွင်မျှ ခွင့်တောင်းမည် မဟုတ်ဟူသော အချက်ပင်။ “FBR ဟာ ကူညီကယ်ဆယ်ရေး အဖွဲ့ဖြစ်ပြီး ကျနော်တို့ရဲ့ ရည်မှန်းချက်က လူတွေကို ကူညီပြီး သတင်းတွေ ပြင်ပကို ထွက်လာအောင် လုပ်ပေးဖို့ပဲ။ ကျနော်တို့က တိုက်ခိုက်ခံနေရသူတွေအတွက် လူသားချင်းစာနာမှု အကူအညီ၊ မျှော်လင့်ချက်နဲ့ မေတ္တာတရားတွေပေးတယ်”ဟု ယူဘန့်က ဧရာဝတီသတင်းဌာနသို့ အီးမေးလ်မှ တဆင့် ပြောသည်။ တပ်မတော်ကို တိုက်ခိုက်ရန် မည်သည့် တိုင်းရင်းသား လက်နက်ကိုင် အဖွဲ့အစည်းကိုမျှ FBR က လေ့ကျင့် မပေးခဲ့ကြောင်းလည်း သူက ဆိုသည်။ “မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော်ကို တိုက်ခိုက်ဖို့ ဘယ်သူကိုမှ ကျနော်တို့ အားမပေးသလို တိုင်းရင်းသား လက်နက်ကိုင် အဖွဲ့အစည်းတွေကို လေ့ကျင့်ပေးတာ၊ အကူအညီပေးတာလည်း မရှိဘူး။ ကျနော်တို့ဟာ မြန်မာအစိုးရကို မဆန့်ကျင်ဘဲ မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော်ကို FBR အဖွဲ့တွေ လေ့ကျင့်ပေးဖို့တောင် ကမ်းလှမ်းခဲ့တယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော်က ပြည်သူတွေကို တိုက်ခိုက်ရင်တော့ အတိုက်ခံရတဲ့ ပြည်သူတွေနဲ့အတူ ကျနော်တို့ ရပ်တည်တယ်။ ကျနော်တို့က လူသားချင်းစာနာမှု အဖွဲ့အစည်းဖြစ်ပြီး လက်နက်ကိုင်တွေ မဟုတ်ဘူး”ဟုလည်း သူပြောသည်။ တပ်မတော်ပြောခွင့်ရသူ ဗိုလ်မှူးချုပ်ဇော်မင်းထွန်း၏ ပြောဆိုချက်ကို တုံ့ပြန်ရာတွင် သူက “ဒီဗိုလ်ချုပ်ကို ကျနော်ပြောချင်တာကတော့ အတိုက်ခိုက်ခံရသူတွေကို ကျနော်တို့က အကူအညီတွေ၊ မျှော်လင့်ချက်တွေ မေတ္တာတရားတွေ ဆက်ပေးပြီး သတင်းတွေပြင်ပကို ထွက်လာအောင် ဆက်လုပ်မယ်။ မေတ္တာတရားနဲ့ အမှန်တရားအတွက် ပြုမူဆောင်ရွက်ဖို့နဲ့ အငြင်းပွားမှုတွေကို ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ ဖြေရှင်းနည်းရှာဖို့ ဒီဗိုလ်ချုပ်နဲ့ မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော် အတွက်လည်း ဆုတောင်းပေးနေပါတယ်။ မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော်ရဲ့ အခန်းကဏ္ဍဟာ မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေကို ကာကွယ်ဖို့ဖြစ်ပြီး တကယ်ကို ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာ ကြီးမြတ်တဲ့အခန်းကဏ္ဍ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ကျနော်တို့က သူတို့ရဲ့ ရန်သူမဖြစ်ချင်ဘဲ သူတို့အတွက်လည်း ဆုတောင်းပေးနေတယ်။ ကျနော်တို့ဟာ အရမ်းသေးငယ်တဲ့ အဖွဲ့အစည်းဖြစ်ပေမယ့် တိုက်ခိုက်မှုတွေ ရပ်တဲ့အထိ တိုက်ခိုက်ခံရသူတွေကို ဆက်လက်ကူညီနေမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်”ဟု ပြောသည်။ ကရင်ပြည်နယ်မှ လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန် အသက် ၅၀ နှောင်းပိုင်းသို့ ရောက်ရှိနေပြီဖြစ်သော ယူဘန့်သည် အတွေ့အကြံရင့် ကယ်ဆယ်ရေး လုပ်သားဖြစ်ပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရေးရာများတွင် လုပ်ကိုင်နေသည်မှာ ဆယ်စုနှစ်ချီ ကြာရှည်ပြီဖြစ်သည်။ သူနှင့် FBR သည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းများကို ၁၉၉၇ ခုနှစ်တွင် စတင်ခဲ့သည်။ သူသည် ယခင်က အမေရိကန် မရိန်းတပ် အရာရှိတဦးဖြစ်ပြီး အမေရိကန် မရိန်းတပ် အထူးတပ်ဖွဲ့တွင် ၉ နှစ်ကြာ တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ဖူးသည်။ သူသည် ဘာသာတရား ကိုင်းရှိုင်းသော ခရစ်ယာန်ဘာသာဝင် တဦးဖြစ်ပြီး သူ၏လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်မှာ ဖိနှိပ်ခံများကို သခင်ယေရှု အမည်နာမတော်ဖြင့် ကူညီခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း သူပြောသည်။ ကရင်ပြည်နယ်မှ စစ်ဘေးရှောင်များ (IDPs) ကူညီရန်နှင့် နောက်ဆုံးတွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှ ဖိနှိပ်ခံတိုင်းရင်းသားမျိုးနွယ်နှင့် ဘာသာတရားအားလုံးကို ကူညီရန် လူသားချင်းစာနာမှု လုပ်ငန်းအဖြစ် FBR ကို သူတည်ထောင်ခဲ့သည်။ သူ၏ မိသားစုသည် ထိုင်းနယ်စပ်အနီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ တောထဲတောင်ထဲတွင် နှစ်ပေါင်း ၂၀ ကျော် နေထိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး သူနှင့် သူ့အဖွဲ့က မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ ရှည်ကြာသော ပြည်တွင်းစစ်တွင် အရေးပေါ် ဆေးဝါးကုသမှု၊ အမိုးအကာနှင့် ရိက္ခာ ထောက်ပံ့ပေးသည်။ သူသည် တိုင်းရင်းသားခေါင်းဆောင် အများအပြားနှင့် မိတ်ဆွေဖြစ်ပြီး လက်ရှိ နိုင်ငံတော် အတိုင်ပင်ခံပုဂ္ဂိုလ် ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်နှင့်လည်း ဒီမိုကရေစီ လှုပ်ရှားမှုခေါင်းဆောင် ဖြစ်ခဲ့စဉ်တုန်းက ၁၉၉၆ ခုနှစ်က တွေ့ဆုံခဲ့ဖူးသည်။ သူသည် အမေရိကန် စစ်သားဟောင်းများ၊ ကရင်နှင့် အခြားတိုင်းရင်းသားများကို စုစည်ပြီး တောတွင်းတွင် ဆက်လက်ရှင်သန်နိုင်ရန် ဆေးပညာနှင့် စစ်ပညာကို ဒေသခံများအား သင်ကြားပေးသည်။ သူနှင့် သူ့အဖွဲ့သည် တပ်မတော်နှင့် တိုင်းရင်းသား လက်နက်ကိုင်များ၊ လက်နက်ကိုင်ပဋိပက္ခ ဖြစ်ပွားနေသော ဇုန်များတွင် ရှင်သန်ရန် ရုန်းကန်ခဲ့ကြသည်။ ရှေ့တန်းစစ်မျက်နှာသို့ သွားသောအခါ ယူဘန့်သည် သူ၏ ကလေးများနှင့် ဇနီးဖြစ်သူ ကာရင်ကိုလည်း ခေါ်ဆောင်သွားသည်။ သူသည် ကရင်နှင့် ထိုင်းအပါအဝင် ဘာသာစကားများစွာ ပြောတတ်ပြီး ထိုင်းစစ်တပ်တွင်လည်း မိတ်ဆွေများ ရှိသည်။ ဗိုလ်မှူးချုပ်ဇော်မင်းထွန်းက FBR သည် အရှေ့အလယ်ပိုင်းတွင် ISIS ကို တိုက်ခိုက်ခဲ့သော်လည်း မယုံကြည်ရကြောင်း ပြောသည်။ FBR သည် ဒုက္ခသည်များကို ကူညီရန် အကြောင်းပြပြီး ယခင်ကလည်း ကရင်ပြည်နယ်သို့ ဝင်လာပြီး လက်တွေ့တွင် KNU ကို စစ်သင်တန်းများ ပေးကြောင်း ပြောသည်။ ၂၀၁၇ ခုနှစ် ကရင်ပြည်နယ်အတွင်း သွားလာ ဆေးကုပေးနေသော Free Burma Rangers အဖွဲ့/ Free Burma Rangers / Facebook ထိုင်းနယ်စပ်အနီး လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်ဆောင်ရွက်စဉ် သူနှင့်သူ၏ ဆေးဝန်ထမ်းအဖွဲ့သည် တောတွင်းတွင် လှုပ်ရှားသွားလာသည်။ မရိန်းတပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်ဟောင်းများသည် ကရင်တိုင်းရင်းသား လက်နက်ကိုင်များနှင့်အတူ လုပ်ကိုင်နေသောကြောင့် အချို့ရွာသားများနှင့် အခြားလူများက အမေရိကန်သည် တိုင်းရင်းသား လက်နက်ကိုင်လှုပ်ရှားမှုတွင် ပတ်သက်နေသည်ဟု အမြင်မှားကြပြီး တိုင်းရင်းသား ရွာသားများကြားတွင် မှားယွင်းသော မျှော်လင့်ချက်များ ဖြစ်စေခြင်းကို သံသယရှိရန် မလိုပေ။ တခါတရံ အမေရိကန် စစ်သားများသည် အာဖဂန်မှ တာဝန်ပြီးဆုံးလျှင် ပြီးဆုံးခြင်း ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံမှတဆင့် ကရင်ပြည်နယ် တောတောင်များသို့ လာကြသည်။ ထိုကဲ့သို့သော လုပ်ရပ်များကြောင့် ရှည်ကြာသော သံသယကို ဖိတ်ခေါ်သကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်နေသည်။ နယ်စပ်နှင့် ကရင်၊ ရှမ်း၊ ကယားပြည်နယ်များမှ သူ၏လုပ်ဆောင်မှုများကို စစ်အစိုးရက သတိထားမိသည်။ ၂၀၀၈ ခုနှစ်တွင် ထိုစဉ်က ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ကြီးသိန်းစိန် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံသို့ သွားရောက်လည်ပတ်သောအခါ ယူဘန့်နှင့်မိသားစုကို မြန်မာနယ်စပ် တက်ခရိုင်ရှိ ထိုင်းအမှတ် ၃ တပ်မတော်က နှစ်ရက်ခန့် ဖမ်းဆီးစစ်ဆေးသည်။ သူနှင့် သူ့မိသားစုကို ဖမ်းဆီးရန်အမိန့်ကို ဘန်ကောက်မှ ထိုင်းအာဏာပိုင်များက ပေးခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်ဟု ဝီကီလိခ်တွင် ဖေါ်ပြသည့် အမေရိကန်သံရုံးအစီရင်ခံစာတခုက ဆိုသည်။ FBR ကို အမေရိကန်အစိုးရက မထောက်ပံ့ကြောင်း ယူဘန့်က အမြဲပြောပြီး ရန်ပုံငွေများကို ကမ္ဘာတဝှမ်းရှိ ခရစ်ယာန်အသင်းတော် အုပ်စုများမှ ရရှိကြောင်း ပြောသည်။ သို့သော် သူသည် အမေရိကန် တပ်မတော်အတွင်းမှ လုပ်ဖေါ်ကိုင်ဖက်ဟောင်းများနှင့် အဆက်အသွယ်ရှိပြီး အမေရိကန် တပ်အတွင်းတွင်လည်း သူ့ကိုလေးစားသူ အများအပြား ရှိနေသည်။ သူ၏စိတ်တွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် တိုင်းရင်းသားများအကြောင်း အမြဲရှိနေသည်။ နယ်စပ်ရှိ တိုင်းရင်းသားများနှင့် စစ်သားများအကြားတွင် သူ၏မိတ်ဆွေ အများအပြား ရှိနေသည်။ ရှေ့တန်းစစ်မျက်နှာများနှင့် ပဋိပက္ခဒေသများသို့ သွားရသည်ကို သူကြိုက်သည်။ တောတွင်းတွင် စစ်ဘေးရှောင်များအတွက် အကူအညီများပေးပို့ချိန်တွင် သေနတ်ဆောင်ထားပြီး သူသည် ရုပ်ရှင်ထဲက ရမ်ဘိုဆန်သော လှုပ်ရှားမှုများကို ကြိုက်သူဟု ဆိုနိုင်သည်။ အပစ်အခတ်များကြားတွင် လုပ်ကိုင်ဆောင်ရွက်ရသည်ကို နှစ်သက်ပုံရသည်။ တပ်မတော်ကို မကောင်းဆိုးဝါး ဖိနှိပ်သူများအဖြစ် ပုံဖေါ်ထားသော ၂၀၀၈ ခုနှစ်က ဟောလီးဝုဒ် ရုပ်ရှင် ရမ်ဘို ၄ ကို ရိုက်ကူးရာတွင် သူ၏ FBR အဖွဲ့က ကူညီခဲ့သည်။ အီရတ်နှင့် ဆီးရီးယားမှ လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များ ၂၀၁၁ နှင့် ၂၀၁၂ ခုနှစ်များတွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ စတင်တံခါးဖွင့်လာပြီး အစိုးရက တိုင်းရင်းသား လက်နက်ကိုင်များနှင့် စတင်ဆွေးနွေးလာသောအခါ ကရင်ပြည်နှင့် အရှေ့ဖက် ထိုင်းနယ်စပ်တလျှောက်မှ FBR ၏ လှုပ်ရှားမှုများ စတင်မှေးမှိန်လာသည်။ သူ၏ ကရင်ရဲဘော်များသည် စစ်အစိုးရနှင့် ဆွေးနွေးသင့်သည်ဟု ယူဘန့် မယုံကြည်သည်မှာ အံ့သြဖွယ် မဟုတ်ပေ။ သို့သော် သူသည် ဦးသိန်းစိန် သမ္မတသက်တမ်းအတွင်း တာဝန်ယူခဲ့သော မြန်မာငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးစင်တာ ဥက္ကဌ ဦးအောင်မင်းနှင့်တွေ့ဆုံပြီး စကားပြောခဲ့ဖူးသေးသည်။ တိုင်းရင်းသား လက်နက်ကိုင်များ အစိုးရနှင့် စတင်ဆွေးနွေးသောအခါ ယူဘန့်သည် သူ၏အဖွဲ့ကို အခြားနေရာများသို့ ခေါ်ဆောင်သွားတော့သည်။ အီရတ်နှင့် ဆီးရီးယားတွင် ပဋိပက္ခပြင်းထန်နေချိန်တွင် ထိုနေရာများသို့ သူသွားသည်။ သူနှင့် FBR တို့ ထိုနေရာများသို့ သွားရောက်ရန် ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့ခြင်းသည် အံ့သြဖွယ်တော့ မဟုတ်ပေ။ ၂၀၁၄ ခုနှစ်တွင် သူနှင့်သူ့မိသားစု အရှေ့အလယ်ပိုင်းသို့ ထွက်ခွာသွားသောအခါ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် သူလေ့ကျင့်ပေးထားသည့် တိုင်းရင်းသားအချို့ကိုလည်း သူခေါ်ဆောင်သွားခဲ့သည်။ ထိုနေရာသို့ ရောက်သောအခါ သူနှင့် သူ့အဖွဲ့သည် IS များကို တိုက်နေသည့် ကဒ်ပက်ရှ်မာဂါ တပ်များနှင့် အတူလုပ်ကိုင်ကြသည်။ ၂၀၁၇ ခုနှစ်က ISIS နှင့် အပြန်အလှန်ပစ်ခတ်မှုကြား ညပ်နေသည့် အီရတ် မိန်းကလေးငယ်တဦးကို သူ၏ ရဲရင့်သော ကယ်ဆယ်မှုကြောင့် သူ့ကို အနောက်နိုင်ငံ မီဒီယာများ အာရုံစိုက်မိလာသည်။ ISIS တိုက်ခိုက်ရေးသမားများသည် မိုဆူးလ်တွင် အရပ်သားများကို အကြီးအကျယ် သတ်ဖြတ်နေကြသည်။ ထိုမိန်းကလေး၏ မိခင်နှင့် ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိ လူတိုင်းမှာ လက်ဖြောင့်တပ်များ၏ ပစ်ခတ်မှုကြောင့် သေဆုံးနေကြပြီ ဖြစ်သည်။ ထိုမိန်းကလေးငယ်ကို တွေ့သောအခါ ကယ်ဆယ်ရန် ယူဘန့်် ဆုံးဖြတ်လိုက်သည်။ အကာအကွယ်အဖြစ် မီးခိုးဗုံးတလုံး ဖေါက်ခွဲပေးရန် အမေရိကန် မရိန်းအမြောက်တပ်ကို သူပြောပြီး တင့်ကားတစီးနောက်မှ သူပြေးလိုက်ကာ မိန်းကလေးကို လုံခြုံရာသို့ ဆွဲခေါ်ခဲ့သည်။ ထိုဖြစ်ရပ် အားလုံးသည် ၁၂ စက္ကန့်မျှသာ ကြာသည်။ “ISIS ရဲ့ စက်ဆုပ်စရာ သတ်ဖြတ်မှုအပြီးမှာတော့ မရိန်းတပ်တွေ၊ ကြည်းတပ် အထူးတပ်ဖွဲ့က လူတွေထက်ထောင် သူက ပိုပြီးတိုက်ပွဲတွေမှာ ပါခဲ့နိုင်တယ်။ သူက မှန်ကန်တဲ့ဖက်က လူတွေကို ကူညီဖို့ အဲဒီကိုရောက်နေတာ” ဟု အငြိမ်းစား အမေရိကန် ကြည်းတပ်ဗိုလ်မှူးကြီးနှင့် အမေရိကန် အမျိုးသားရိုင်ဖယ်အသင်းဥက္ကဌ အိုလီဗာနော့သ်က အထက်ပါဖြစ်ရပ်အကြောင်း ပြန်လည်ပြောကြားရာတွင် ခရစ်ယာန် ရုပ်သံကွန်ရက်သို့ ပြောသည်။ ယူဘန့်သည် လက်နက်ကိုင်၊ သံချပ်ကာယာဉ်စီးပြီး သူ၏ အထူးစစ်ရေးလေ့ကျင့်မှုများကို အားကိုးသည့် သာသနာပြုဖြစ်ကြောင်း ထိုအခြေအနေများသည် ယူဘန့်၏ အနေအထားတွင် ရှိသူများအတွက် လိုအပ်သော အခြေအနေများဖြစ်ကြောင်း နော့သ်က ပြောသည်။ “အခြေအနေ ဘယ်လိုရှိတယ် ဘယ်လိုရင်ဆိုင်နေရတယ်ဆိုတာ ကျနော်သိတယ်။ သံချပ်ကာယာဉ် မရှိရင် သူ အသက်ရှင်ဖို့ မလွယ်ဘူး။ ကျနော်တို့ ကာပစ်ပေးနေတဲ့ တိုက်ပွဲထဲကို သူမဝင်ခင် သူ့ကားရဲ့ လေကာမှန်ကို ကြည့်လိုက်ရင် ကျည်ဆံပေါက်တွေချည်းပဲ” ဟုလည်း နော့သ်က ပြောသည်။ တိုင်းရင်းသားအရေး အမြဲစဉ်းစားသူ မြန်မာနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှ တိုင်းရင်းသားများအရေး အမြဲစဉ်းစားနေသူ ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ အထူးသဖြင့် ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်တွင် တိုက်ပွဲများ ပြန်လည်စတင်သောအခါ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသို့ ပြန်လာရန် သူ ပြင်ဆင်သည်။ စာရေးသူသည် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံတွင် သူနှင့် အကြိမ်ကြိမ် တွေ့ဆုံခဲ့ဖူးပြီး သူသည် ဟောဟောဒိုင်းဒိုင်း ကလေးဆန်ဆန် ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာ ပြောဆိုတတ်သူ ဖြစ်သည်ဟု မြင်သည်။ ထိုစဉ်က သူသည် ကရင်ပြည်နယ်ကိုသာ အာရုံစိုက်နေချိန် ဖြစ်သည်။ စာရေးသူနှင့် နောက်ဆုံး တွေ့ဆုံခဲ့ချိန်မှာ ၂၀၁၇ ခုနှစ်က ဥရောပရှိ ညီလာခံတခုတွင် အမှတ်မထင် ဆုံတွေ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ သူသည် ထိုညီလာခံတွင် ပါဝင်ပြောကြားရန် ရောက်နေခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။ သူ၏မိန့်ခွန်းသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ အကြောင်းထက် အီရတ်နှင့် ဆီးရီးယားမှ သူ၏ လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များ အကြောင်းကို ပိုမို အာရုံစိုက်သော်လည်း သူသည် ရခိုင်နှင့် ရိုဟင်ဂျာပြဿနာကို အချိန်ပေးပြောကြားခဲ့သေးသည်။ ၂၀၁၆ ဒီဇင်ဘာအတွင်း မိုဆူးလ်တွင် နေမကောင်းဖြစ်နေသော အမျိုးသမီးကြီးအတွက် ဒေးဗစ်ယူဘန့် ဆုတောင်းပေးနေစဉ်/ Free Burma ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်တွင် အခြေအနေမှာ ရှုပ်ထွေး စိန်ခေါ်မှုများကြောင်း စာရေးသူက သူ့ကို ရှင်းပြခဲ့သည်။ FBR အကြောင်း ကြားသိရသော်လည်း ယူဘန့်နှင့် အဆက်အသွယ် မလုပ်ရသေးကြောင်း ရက္ခိုင့်တပ်မတော် (AA) ခေါင်းဆောင် ဗိုလ်ချုပ် ထွန်းမြတ်နိုင်က ဧရာဝတီသတင်းဌာနသို့ အီးမေးလ်ဖြင့် ဖြေကြားသည်။ “သူတို့ (ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်ကို) လာမယ်ဆိုတာ အကြောင်းကြားဖို့ တိုက်ရိုက် အဆက်အသွယ် မရှိဘူး” ဟု သူပြောသည်။ သူ၏ အဖွဲ့အစည်းအနေဖြင့် FBR ကို ကန့်ကွက်ရန် မရှိကြောင်းလည်း သူပြောသည်။ ယခင်က AA တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်များကို ရက် ၃၀-၄၀ သင်တန်းများတက်ရန် စေလွှတ်ခဲ့သော်လည်း စစ်သင်တန်းပို့ချခြင်း မရှိသောကြောင့် သင်တန်းသား စေလွှတ်မှုရပ်ဆိုင်းခဲ့ကြောင်း သူပြောသည်။ FBR ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်တွင်ရှိနေပါက မြေပြင်အခြေအနေကို ပြင်ပမှ ပိုမိုသိရှိတော့မည် ဖြစ်ကြောင်းပြောပြီး “ကျနော်တို့ ကန့်ကွက်စရာမရှိဘူး” ဟု သူပြောသည်။ FBR သည် ကချင်ပြည်နယ်မှ AA တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင် အချိုအပါအဝင် စစ်ဘေးရှောင်များကို ယခင်ကလည်း AA မှတဆင့် ကူညီဖူးကြောင်း ယူဘန့်ပြောသည်။ သို့သော် လက်ရှိအချိန်တွင် ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်မှ စစ်ဘေးရှောင်များအတွက် ၎င်းတို့၏ အကူအညီအများစုကို ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်မှ FBR အဖွဲ့များမှတဆင့် ဆောင်ရွက်နေကြောင်း သူပြောသည်။ သူ၏အဖွဲ့သည် ကယ်ဆယ်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းများသာ ဆောင်ရွက်နေကြောင်း သူပြောသည်။ “မြန်မာအစိုးရအတွက်ရော တပ်မတော်အတွက်ပါ ကျနော်တို့ ဆုတောင်းပေးတယ်။ ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်မှာ ကျနော်တို့ FBR လူသားချင်း စာနာမှုလုပ်ငန်းတွေ ဆောင်ရွက်နေတာ ၁၀ နှစ်ကျော်နေပြီး အဲဒီက နေရပ်စွန့်ခွာသူတွေကိုကူညီဖို့ အတတ်နိုင်ဆုံး ဆက်လက်လုပ်ဆောင်သွားမှာပါ” ဟုသူပြောသည်။ “ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်မှာ လုပ်ဆောင်နေတဲ့ FBR အဖွဲ့တွေ ကျနော်တို့မှာ ရှိနေတယ်။ မလွယ်ကူပေမယ့် မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော်ရဲ့ တိုက်ခိုက်မှုကြောင့် နေရပ်စွန့်ခွာရသူတွေတွက် ဆေးဝါးနဲ့ ရိက္ခာ အချို့ပေးပို့နိုင်ခဲ့တယ်။ AA နဲ့ မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော်ကြား တိုက်ပွဲကြောင့် နေရပ်စွန့်ခွာရတဲ့ ချင်းပြည်နယ်က သူတွေကိုလည်း ကျနော်တို့ ကူညီနိုင်ခဲ့တယ်” ဟု သူဆက်ပြောသည်။ ကရင်ပြည်နယ်နှင့်မတူဘဲ ပိုမိုရှုပ်ထွေးသော အခြေအနေတွင် သူ၏အဖွဲ့လုပ်ကိုင် နေရကြောင်းလည်း သူဝန်ခံသည်။ “ ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်မှာ ဝင်ရ ထွက်ရတာ အများကြီး ပိုခက်ခဲတယ်” ဟု သူပြောသည်။ တိုက်ခိုက်ခံနေရသူများအတွက် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ တိုင်းရင်းသားလက်နက်ကိုင် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှတဆင့် တိုက်ရိုက် လူသားချင်းစာနာမှု အကူအညီများပေးရန်လည် ယူဘန့်က နိုင်ငံတကာ အသိုင်းအဝန်းသို့ တိုက်တွန်းသည်။ သို့သော် လက်တွေ့တွင် ထိုသို့ဖြစ်ရန်မလွယ်ကူပေ။ သူ၏ အားထုတ်မှုများသည် လူသားချင်းစာနာမှု လုပ်ငန်းသာဖြစ်သည်ဟု သူပြောသော်လည်း ယူဘန့်သည် နိုင်ငံရေးဆန်ပြီး After several failed domestic and international agreements, the Burma Army continues to rape with impunity, but women across the ethnic states are tired of living in fear. Several ethnic women from the Free Burma Rangers (FBR) agreed to be interviewed for this piece, giving personal accounts of their experiences as women in this war, as well as providing one example of how women across Burmas ethnic states are taking action against endemic rape in the region. FBR is a multi-ethnic humanitarian service movement working to bring help, hope, and love to people in the conflict zones of Burma. Working in conjunction with local, ethnic pro-democracy groups, FBR trains, supplies, and later coordinates with what become highly mobile multi-purpose relief teams. This paper examines the use of rape as a weapon of war in Burmas subnational conflict. More specifically, examining how the climate of impunity, which has enabled the military to avoid prosecution, has galvanized women across Burma to take a more active role in combating gender-based violence. The female Rangers interviewed for this piece have decided to endure arduous Ranger training together to not only strengthen their bodies but to empower their spirits of resistance in hopes of putting an end to a war where, sometimes, the battlefield is their own bodies.

OH my God. ❤😍❤😍❤. That is the only non insane way to fix that famously stupid scene, but if you watch the movie it's pretty clear that there is no indication that is what is happening. In the movie he clearly is reversing the rotation of the earth, as it keeps traveling in it's reversed direction even when he is no longer spinning around it fast, he then speeds back up in the opposite direction to make it move again in the correct way. Any sane person trying to explain that scene will go with the speed of light thing, but watching the movie it's extremely clear the intention is turning back the days by literally farris bullering the miles off by running rotation backwards as his action is very clearly changing the rotation as it goes independent of him moving, not him going so fast that the earth rotating is a visual indicator for time traveling (like would make better sense.
